I was appointed a Magistrate in 2004 to the Cambridge Bench. I am currently a Deputy Chair of the Cambridgeshire Bench, which now includes Peterborough, Huntingdon, Ely as well as Cambridge, and Deputy Chair of both the Youth and Domestic Abuse Panels. Currently, Chair of the Probation Liaison Committee for Cambridgeshire.
I took up golf with my wife Karen in 2013, joined the Magistrates Golfing Society in 2015, and was appointed to the Executive Committee in September, 2017.
I am looking forward to seeing you at our golfing events. We play a range of different courses which are always great fun, even if your golf isn’t on top form. New and established members always receive a very warm welcome and I look forward to playing with you some time soon.
